As a therapist, I work with you to create an atmosphere of acceptance, safety, and affirmation. I work on a holistic and collaboratively level so that parts become a whole and your life begins to move in the direction that you desire. Also, as a life coach, I work with clients who are not necessarily in crisis or a struggle but are seeking a career change or who merely want to flourish in their personal and/or professional lives.
I use an eclectic approach, utilizing a variety of orientations and therapies, which are based on your individual needs. I work with many different presenting concerns including trauma, substance abuse, anger management, grief, and domestic violence.
