Moved office to Texas City Dec. 2021. Plays guitar & 8th Degree Black belt taught Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do and Hapkido. Experience: working with anxiety, depression, previous trauma issues or concerns, phases of life, career changes, low self esteem, Identity, abuse, relationships, blended families, irritable mood, Spirituality, anger, grief and loss.
Utilizing a Solution Focused Cognitive approach, Working with negative, fearful, and traumatic thoughts and perceptions and renewing and/or replacing them with enabling and productive thoughts. We try to help individuals, families and or couples gain coping skills to help manage or decrease problematic symptoms ( Wisdom Approach).
Initial session begins with exchanging background and history to gain information to formalize an treatment plan. Currently accepting clients for day, evenings and Saturday.
