As a therapist, I specialize in assisting people through challenging life moments. I have more than 12 years experience working with individuals and families experiencing challenges with parenting, anxiety, depression, life transition, addiction issues, chronic medical illness including oncology, end-of-life, and grief.
I focus on life transitions, relationship distress, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, chronic medical illness (cancer), end-of-life issues, and grief. I also specialize in family issues including blended-family, first-time parenting, adoption and foster care. I provide a warm, accepting environment in which we can openly discuss your concerns.
