Using solution-focused techniques and empowerment methods, we’ll identify steps to resolve your personal challenges and reach your goals. I have more than 11 years experience working with individuals and families experiencing challenges with parenting, anxiety, depression, life transition, and addiction issues.
I focus on life transitions, relationship distress, anxiety, depression and trauma recovery. I also specialize in family issues including blended-family, first-time parenting, adoption and foster care. I provide a warm, accepting environment in which we can openly discuss your concerns.
Together, we will focus on recognizing and building meaningful life experiences to support and maintain emotional wellness. We will identify unhealthy life patterns and establish new coping skills. These skills will help you develop and sustain satisfying relationships, and lead you to greater happiness and success in your daily life.
