I am passionate about working with LGBTQ2IA+ people of all ages. I provide gender-affirming care to children and adolescents and can support them while they process anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief, major life changes, bullying, self-harm, suicidality, trauma, and neurodivergence. I will support your child in developing their own voice and sense of personal agency while making sure they learn the skills necessary to move through the world safely and effectively. My work with children and adolescents is evidence-based, relational, engaging, and non-ABA.
I integrate elements of IFS, DBT, relational therapy, harm reduction, and other trauma-informed modalities. I support adults as they navigate relationships, trauma histories, identity, kink, CNM, systems involvement, and systems of oppression. I also work with clients facing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and navigation of substance use.
I will support you in gaining insight into your thought processes and patterns while empowering you to embody your emotional world.
