I am particularly passionate about working with teens and adults. Offering a holistic approach by helping you live a more impactful and purpose-driven life. Working with you along the journey is two-fold. I am here to empower my clients to promote and uplift their own well being, and while doing so, to perpetuate healing both individually and across generations.
I aim to use evidence-based modalities such as Positive Psychology and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I seek to work with clients to help them identify and examine their inner thoughts and beliefs-to challenge sometimes painful, internal stories they tell themselves, while re-writing those stories to be more impactful but in a positive way.
My mission is to focus on breaking down each client's narrative and work to understand the problems they have identified, while assisting each person in learning new and productive coping skills. I believe doing this will help clients clarify their goals, identify obstacles, develop a plan and implement strategies to achieve them.
