Welcome! I'm Natalie. I work with individuals and couples who want a safe, impartial space to work through challenges and build internal resilience. I offer in-person weekend availability, weekday virtual availability, and sliding scale rates through Open Path Collective.
Together, we can explore spiritual themes to gain insight, process challenging emotions safely, ask confronting questions non-judgmentally, and/or brainstorm relevant resources and support systems custom tailored to your needs.
I believe therapy requires courage to navigate pain and life's challenges, but it can also be a fun and joyous space.
I often work with people who are navigating heavy responsibilities, struggle to feel safety or belonging, or experience neurodivergence. I use Family Systems, Existential, and Person Centered lenses. I use MI and Solution Focused concepts, and am currently in training for AEDP.
