Welcome! I'm Natalie. I provide ecotherapy and individual counseling to support folks working through life's challenges and building internal resilience. I offer in-person as well as virtual availability and sliding scale rates through Open Path Collective.
Together, we can explore spiritual themes to gain insight, process challenging emotions safely, ask confronting questions non-judgmentally, and/or brainstorm relevant resources and support systems custom tailored to your current unmet needs.
I believe therapy requires courage to navigate pain and life's challenges, but it can also be a fun and joyous space.
I often work with people who identify as being thoughtful, creative and sensitive; but, who also struggle with a felt sense of safety due to oppression, a lack of support, or a need for more tools. I use Family Systems, Existential, and Person Centered lenses. I use MI and Solution Focused concepts, and am currently level I training in AEDP.
