I am here to help with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a registered play therapist (RPT). I earned national certification in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). I am a certified adoption competent therapist. I am EMDR Trained working toward EMDR Certification.
