Hi my name is Venita and I am a seasoned clinician with many years of experience helping families and individuals in need. I am a licensed mental health and licensed addictions counselor in the states of Massachusetts and Georgia. I enjoy working with people who are seeking to make positive changes in their lives, but may need assistance moving forward. Helping people work through the stages of change is my specialty.
My areas of expertise are working with people suffering from Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Personality Disorders, etc. I incorporate Spirituality Concepts, The Stages of Change, The Stages of Grief, The 12 Steps, & I use somatic treatment modalities to help a person work through the healing process.
I know sometimes it's hard to meet me at my office. Sometimes you're too busy, live too far away, or have trouble finding childcare; so I've added a video counseling service. Now we can meet wherever it's most convenient for you, your couch, your kitchen, etc.
