My current treatment focuses/ training are for perinatal mental health, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I'm passionate about working with the BIPOC population, LGBTQ+ population, teens, & young adults as they learn how to navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I'm dedicated to working with those navigating perinatal mental health struggles.
We all have moments where life may seem as if it is too much to handle and be that as it may, asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but instead a sign of strength.
