My name is Venice Angel licensed as an LCSW94926, I always begin each session where my patient is, focus on their want and needs and work to empower and reduce stress anxiety, and/or depression. I am a trauma therapist and will pull in various interventions to reduce toxic thinking and incongruence in thought. I will work to reduce stressors through guided meditations and affirmations. I use CBT/DBT/TFCBT/EMDR on a regular basis.
I have worked with children and adolescents for over 15 years, I specialize in trauma, helping women navigate a difficult world and reduce anxiety and depression in all ages.
In the initial intake, we will work together to identify the issues to address, I will discuss a treatment plan, including interventions and homework.
