"Everyday is a good day, it's just that some days are better than others" This is my motto in my practice and in life. Finding a balance and true happiness starts with self, and having a therapist that is a good fit for you is a start. Asking for help and seeking counseling is the first step. I take pride in the therapeutic relationship and strive to help my clients get to the next level of realistic and ideal change in their lives to reach their full potential.
In addition to being a therapist, I have experience as a life coach, with a reality, empowering, and calming approach along with an authenticity that is needed for you to take charge in your life. I work with individuals with depression, anxiety, anger issues, and also help couples with relationship concerns to enhance their communication.
The ideal focus is to get to the core reason for the emptiness, and then dealing with ways to cope before making change. Lastly, though this is not something I force by all means, I ask before taking a spiritual approach which is sometimes needed and brings a peace like no other. Provides LCSW Supervision.
