About
Welcome! My priority is providing a space for clients to feel seen and heard. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I am trained to meet the client where they are when they enter this room. It is not my job to tell you how to change your life. My job to help you see that you can live the life you dream of. With that, I use EMDR, Brainspotting, Structural Dissociation and other mindfulness practices to help clients achieve their goals. I work with clients who have experienced attachment trauma, grief and loss, adoption, anxiety and PTSD.
I also have advanced training in other EMDR therapy protocols. In addition, I use Structural Dissociation, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, and mindfulness-based techniques to help my clients facilitate change and meet their goals for healing.
As a result, I have seen the transformations that can occur in a clients life, often making them feel that they can live life fully once again. I am honored any time I can help a client get here, and believe this for you too.
