My ideal patient is someone who takes their mental health seriously and strives to be healthy mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This patient is someone who has issues with trauma or depression, and they want to learn how to cope and heal from their past traumas. This patient wants to feel better and not have flashbacks or any other disruptions in their lives so they can truly live again and be optimistic about their life.
My therapy focus is trauma and depression. I use CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help my clients heal and grow through life. I offer an atmosphere and healing, growth, and full authenticity. My patients are free to express themselves however they see fit and know that the space I hold for them is a space where they can come to relax, relate, and release.
I know with everything going on in the world and your world, this is a stressful time. Many of my patients and me included are feeling the stress as well, so you’re not alone.
