I am a mother-daughter trauma therapist who specialize in helping my clients identify and unlearn destructive life, career, and relationship patterns that they began in childhood, as a result of being raised by moms who were emotionally unavailable, verbally abusive, spiritually manipulative, and/or physically neglectful.
My clients are generational cursebreakers who long to build satisfying lives and create deep, meaningful connections with others but struggle to trust their loved ones, be vulnerable, or avoid destructive tendencies due to hypervigilance, fear of abandonment, people pleasing, self-criticism, and difficulty regulating emotions.
