I work with adolescents, adults, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, abuse, depression, and anxiety.
My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I am skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
