Congratulations on taking the courageous step to begin therapy. As we all know, life can be challenging and demanding at times. This may lead us to feeling sad, angry, hopeless or confused. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe place and offer warmth and empathy throughout this collaborative process, in order to help you in exploring your thoughts and feelings, as well as guide you in developing insight and identifying skills to achieve the thriving life you deserve.
I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing any relationship issues, grief & loss, as well as clients struggling with low self esteem, trauma, anxiety and depression. I am also specialized in working with couples and helping them to reestablish healthy and secure attachments with one another so they can live happier and more productive lives.
As every person and problem is unique, I am flexible in my approach, tailoring sessions to meet your specific needs. In addition, developing a trusting relationship is essential to the effectiveness of therapy.
