I'm a licensed therapist & coach who has practiced as a licensed clinical social worker for 13+ years. As a therapist, I feel strongly that we heal effectively when treated as a whole person. My work focuses on making the unconscious conscious. The symptoms clients experience are part of a deeper problem, which we will uncover together. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process through which I work with clients to gain a better understanding of how environment, systems, culture, & relationships interact with historical & present thoughts & emotions.
Most of my professional training has been in trauma healing, energy psychology, & dialectical behavior therapy; I'm also a certified brainspotting therapist. I've pursued certifications, such as Brainspotting, to deepen my expertise & provide cutting-edge interventions for clients. I created a practice to help others grow, heal, & learn self-acceptance.
I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, & valued, no matter what they bring to session. Mindfulness & personal reflection help me to stay attuned to my clients' needs & my own presence in the room. Every client teaches me something new, & I approach each session with a willingness to learn & adapt methods.
