I’m a Holistic Psychotherapist & it'd be my joy to support you in reaching your mind-body-spirit-soul & relationship goals!

As a Holistic Psychotherapist, I blend EFT, Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work/IFS, Somatic Voice Work, Mindfulness, Narrative, & Solution-Focused Therapy with a Humanistic approach. My personal lens is trauma-informed, compassionate, & animistic.
