My ideal client is someone who’s tired—tired of carrying everything, showing up for everyone else, and putting themselves last. On the outside they may look like they’re holding it together, but inside they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and aware that past hurt or trauma has been running the show in their current life. They come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because they’re ready to heal, to finally deal with what’s hurt them, and to reconnect with themselves so they can feel grounded, balanced, and whole again.

I create a supportive space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We'll gently look at how past experiences may still be showing up in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships today. We work at your pace to unpack what’s been heavy, shift patterns that keep you stuck, build emotional regulation & coping skills that support real-life healing.
