I facilitate meaning-making, change and healing with individuals and partners. I have lived and professional experience working with creatives, immigrants, survivors of violence, and individuals in the QTBIPOC community. I work with clients who are: learning about how their attachment patterns have shaped their relationship to the self and others; moving through life or relationship transitions; exploring relationships to body and/or to sex; practicing boundary-setting skills; hoping to process relational trauma or conflicts; and/or want to develop more capacity for joy and connection, among other topics.
Therapeutic work is, to me, about relationship building. I seek to grow our mutual trust so that our therapeutic relationship can become a site of care, vulnerability, and transformation, through which we can explore boundaries, humor, grief, joy, and more. I help clients reflect on and change patterns by identifying new portals of self-connection.
Parts of ourselves that we believe are “too much” or “not enough” are often parts of ourselves that our environments have neglected or villainized. I'll support you in adding context to your story so that you can accept and embrace your expansive and layered history. I welcome explorations of the messy, complicated, unknown, and unfinished parts of yourself.
