The comprehension of our the most genuine and intuitive aspects of ourselves is at the core of successful psychotherapy. Uncovering how the past has impacted the present is paramount to enriching therapy. Being in private practice, my schedule is flexible and allows me to schedule patients in the morning and evenings.
I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, as well as various relational and personal difficulties. Regarding relational difficulties, I believe the bond between therapist and patient allow one to examine how patterns replicate themselves within the context of therapy
