Navigating the human experience is complex, to say the least. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, productive space to explore these complexities. I specialize in working with creative individuals and artists, as well as BIPOC and Queer identified clients. All are accepted for who you are today as we work towards the person you want to be tomorrow.
My experience is with issues of anxiety, OCD, phobias, trauma, relationship issues, and self discovery. As a queer and BIPOC identifying therapist, I help individuals navigate the unique experience of their identity and how it fits into the world. I see teens and adults in individual, couples (& poly relationships) and group sessions.
Therapy is an active, collaborative process. My style may blend talk therapy, structured skills building, or creative activities (art, music, movement) depending on your needs. Even on those "hard sessions," I want therapy to be a place you feel safe to be yourself. Let's build up what works and challenge what doesn't to find and achieve your goals.

Therapeutic Gaming Group| Oct 6-30, 2025
This therapy group will play the tabletop role playing game (RPG) Cairn (an easier version of Dungeons and Dragons) as the vehicle to work through players therapy goals. This group will support the mental health of group members through healthy social connections, conversation, and teamwork. This is a great place for neurodiverse and socially anxious individuals to level up their skills! This group is for high school students ages 14 – 18.
