I know what it’s like to feel like things will never get better, and I’m here to show you the way to the other side. I specialize in psychotherapy for adult survivors of childhood trauma, anxiety disorders, and relationship issues. I provide therapy for adults, teens, couples, and families, and use a variety of approaches including psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing, and Polyvagal Theory, and am trained in the Gottman Method for couples.
With over 15 years of experience helping people heal from complex trauma, I use my wealth of knowledge and expertise to analyze complicated situations, find the root of the problem, and unearth the path to healing. I’ve dealt with a wide array of cases and am nonjudgmental. Whatever heaviness you’re holding, it’s safe to share.
I’m a psychotherapist, an author, a researcher, an academic, and the founder of Juno Counseling and Wellness. I love to volunteer and help out in the community by serving on boards, attending charity events, and participating in community-centric programs.
