You've already been to therapy before. It worked, to a degree. However, the central issue remains unresolved. It could be a trauma, or a pattern of repetitive thoughts and obsessive rituals. You might struggle with sleep, or experience discomfort in social settings. These things can be remedied, with a right approach. I specialize in EMDR: eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
EMDR is still a relatively new, although introduced in 1987, collaborative approach. It involves movement of the eyes, or, alternatively, other forms of bilateral stimulation. Theories differ as to why that works, but the approach is singularly effective. Often, the level of distress is brought to "0" in the course of just one session.
