I’ve facilitated group therapy in inpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings, helping clients build practical tools to regulate emotions, manage distress, and strengthen relationships.
Currently, I support individuals navigating anxiety and depression, South Asian adults and women experiencing postpartum depression and work - life balance challenges, particularly high functioning women who feel overwhelmed beneath the surface. You’ll gain practical strategies including DBT-informed skills to help you regulate emotions and tolerate distress
