My name is Vasa Parsons-Mecham, and I am part of the Missoula community. Wearing a variety of hats, I have worked with individuals and families for the past 30+ years. I draw on a variety of methods that include sensorimotor psychotherapy (somatic work), collaboration, cognitive behavior therapy, and strengths based. Therapy, like life, is not a one size fits all. By taking the time to listen to you, I can better hear and assess.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy welcomes the body as a resource and a guide to accessing and processing of challenging, traumatic, and developmental experience.
