My practice is based on an integrated approach that combines Mindfulness, Humanistic/Existential therapy, Attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. This collaborative approach, in a non-judgmental and safe environment will challenge your internal thinking process and motivate positive changes in your life.
