I’m a Latina, first-generation, queer therapist, with several years of clinical experience. I work with adults who appear capable on the outside but feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck on the inside. My ideal clients are navigating the impact of trauma, identity exploration, grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles, often alongside major life transitions or a persistent feeling that something in their life no longer fits. I have a special passion for working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals who are ready to explore what it would feel like to live more freely and authentically.

My work is collaborative and integrative, blending CBT, ACT, somatic work, nervous system regulation, and parts-informed therapy. I focus not just on insight but real and usable change. There's space for seriousness, humor, overthinking, contradictions, and real-life messiness. Therapy to me is human, grounded, and fits how you live and feel day-to-day.

I believe every person carries an innate wisdom that gently moves them toward healing and wholeness, even when it doesn’t feel accessible.
