I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected, and are looking for more sustainable ways to relate to stress, pain, and the demands of daily life. Many of my clients are highly sensitive or are supporting children with similar needs, and are navigating the complexities of caregiving, relationships, and competing demands.
I don’t think anyone has mastered life—in fact, striving for perfection can keep us from noticing what is already good and meaningful around us. We can, however, learn to move through life with more flexibility and self-compassion, while also creating meaningful change.
I draw on practical tools and creative, mind-body approaches to help my clients navigate life’s ups and downs with more clarity and resilience. I am committed to listening deeply, meeting you where you are and working together to help you move through challenges with greater ease and less suffering.
