As an attachment-informed, trauma-focused therapist, I help you heal attachment wounds, understand unmet needs, and overcome chronic shame, self-doubt, and painful relationship patterns. Your role is to show up for yourself; my role is to support you with compassion, clarity, and a path toward lasting healing.

I specialize in trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy and narcissistic abuse treatment. I work with clients long-term to support deep, lasting healing rather than short-term symptom management. Treatment focuses on understanding relational patterns, rebuilding self-trust, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
