My experience is that the psychological symptoms we experience in the present are the ways we have tried to protect ourselves from the experience of the early trauma that we went through in childhood, and that by clearing the early trauma, we can release the symptoms in the present. My approach is to help clients identify and resolve the early trauma so they can have a joyous life in the present.
I am certified as a Transactional Analyst, a Redecision Therapist, a Marital and Family Therapist, a Group Psychotherapist, and an Advanced Integrative Therapist which combines a psychodynamic approach with Energy Psychology. I do individual, group, couple and family therapy.
