Hello, My name is Vaneza Villagomez. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I've been a practicing therapist for the last 10 years. I have a Masters of Science in Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am bilingual, helping both English and Spanish speaking communities. My purpose: to instill hope that positive changes can exist, facilitate healing, and help find new ways of living with satisfaction and peace. My current focus is working with individual adults going through life transitions, marital/relational issues, loss, academic and career challenges. Also adults struggling with following conditions: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and trauma. My background:
I have extensive experience and knowledge helping individuals going through mental health crisis, depression, anxiety, and severe mental health conditions. As well as, experience facilitating adult anxiety and depression groups; and supporting moms with postpartum depression and anxiety. Also, working in addiction, corrections, and forensics.
