I specialize in helping clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also offer support for those experiencing cultural or relational challenges, particularly individuals from multicultural backgrounds who may feel caught between worlds or struggling to find balance in their identities.
As a First Generation Latina, I come from a Latinx Background (Salvadoran) and can provide services in both English and Spanish. I embrace clients who are of multicultural and bilingual backgrounds and strive to create an affirming space.
