I enjoy working side by side and supporting adults who are struggling with self-esteem, stress, anger, anxiety or depression. I believe it is important to build healthy relationships through learning appropriate communication and social skills.
My focus is on helping my clients process and identify their repressed emotions through therapeutic strategies such as mindfulness, art therapy, or journaling. As your therapist, it will be my job to equip you with the coping skills needed to aid you as you go through this journey of life.
