About
Experiencing daily emotions of sadness or worry can be overwhelming. It can feel even worse when you don’t know who or where to turn for comfort. I work to create that environment clients are looking for to feel peace and support. I welcome clients looking to seek assistance dealing with anxiety, depression, past/present trauma, women’s issues, or other life changes causing adjustment disturbances.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma for Adolescent, and a Certified Counseling Trauma Professional (CCTP). Each client’s treatment is individualized to their personal needs. I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field, working with all ages throughout my career.
I have worked with children and adolescents through in-home therapy and residential settings in the juvenile justice system. I have then transitioned to working with adults in an outpatient therapeutic setting. I bring those experiences with all ages to private practice.
