I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma, & Levels I & II Gottman Method for couples. I am a Certified Counseling Trauma Professional; and I am a Certified Clinical Supervisor to therapists growing into their own practice.
I tailor each client’s treatment to meet their personal needs. I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field, working with all ages throughout my career. I have worked with children and adolescents through in-home therapy and residential settings in the juvenile justice system. Over the years, I have grown into working with adults & couples.
I bring those experiences with all ages to private practice - both providing direct therapy and teaching newer therapists.
