My clients come to me seeking relief from fight-or-flight or dissociated/disconnected states. Somewhere along the way, their adverse childhood experiences, or family conflicts (CPTSD) have impacted their nervous system or health so much that they no longer know who they are or how to cope in the world. They desire tools that free them from overwhelm, anger issues, sleeplessness, low self-esteem, emotional eating, hypervigilance, perfectionism, anxiety & relationship difficulties interfering with daily functioning or their ability to experience joy. They are the scapegoats & the cycle breakers looking to do things differently.
My training in Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and other trauma interventions fill my toolbox for improved nervous system regulation. I invite clients into a safe space to explore their past trauma & process their emotional experiences. Together we build self-empowering skills that lead toward more resiliency & self-worth.
