Early Recovery and Relapse Prevention

This group focuses on illicit substance and alcohol abuse. It address various aspects of substance abuse, challenges, and it can help individuals in early recovery to achieve and maintain abstinence. The treatment includes 12 weekly group sessions. IDDT Stages of Treatment and Treatment Intervention Strategies, Stages of Change, CBT, MI, Twelve Step Facilitation, Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention, and other relapse prevention models are used to promote successful recovery from substance use.
