Counseling can be both an exciting and scary adventure kind of like getting on a rollercoaster, delighted for the ride but filled with butterflies. You’re looking for acceptance, and connection. I take an individual approach with each client to create a therapeutic environment tailored to their unique needs. I have training in treating adults, teens and adolencense struggling with a variety of mental health disorders. My passion however, is working with those struggling with low self esteem, and aiming to manage their anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
