I am a firm believer of therapy being what you need it to be, and don't believe that therapy has to last forever.
I work with clients on many issues (life is complicated!) with a special focus on anxiety, burnout, and helping adults identify and understand their neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism) especially those later-diagnosed. I offer an interactive experience to therapy & believe in using many different therapeutic and psychoeducational tools to help people feel better.
