I am a psychodynamically oriented psychotherapist, specializing in mood disturbances, trauma, and eating and developmental disorders. As your therapist, I would accompany you on a journey towards greater awareness and healing, using an integrative relational approach, which may include EMDR andTrauma-Informed modalitities, to work through chronic relationship issues, mood regulation concerns and trauma that may be negatively affecting your life and the lives of those you love.
I am trained In EMDR and Integrative Trauma approaches, with experience in sexual trauma, domestic violence and traumatic grief and loss issues, eating disorders and somatic issues, as well as have extensive experience navigating the emotional and concrete challenges involved in caring for a child with developmental concerns/Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I have over 18 years of experience, working with individuals from preschool through adulthood, in the context of individual, family and couple's work, utilizing an ecclectic array of skills and techniques to guide you on a path towards the resolution to the concerns standing in your way to greater fulfillment.
