I graduated from Webster University and have training in and focused on areas such as Play Therapy, use of creative/expressive arts, and I utilize Adlerian, Solution-Focused, and person centered counseling approaches, as well as techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help clients move toward a balanced life.
Together, we can begin your journey towards wellness. I enjoy connecting with my clients and helping them figure out what tools they want or need to create their path in life. I offer weeknights and weekends because I know that life is busy and having an outlet is important.
