As one who values justice, I am aware of how environmental and societal factors impact our health. I meet people where they are, especially those coping with anxiety, shame, complex PTSD, life transitions, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and grief. Our work involves exploring where you have been and supporting the resilient person you desire to become. I'm deeply honored to work with those from BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ communities.
Using a mindfulness-based, culturally humble, and anti-oppressive approach, I center my practice on unapologetic inclusion that creates compassionate and affirming spaces for clients to be their most open and honest selves. In addition to talk therapy, I provide creative body-mind supports such as EMDR, ACT, IFS, expressive arts and narrative therapies.
