I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 13 years of experience in the mental health field. My background includes providing therapeutic services across a variety of settings, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, community-based, home-based, and school-based environments.
I've also served as a clinical supervisor to graduate-level interns, offering individual, group, and family counseling in both adult and child-focused facilities. During my training, I worked extensively with military families and their surrounding communities.
I believe that every client is unique, and it’s essential to help each client tap into their existing strengths to empower growth and positive change. As a therapist, my goal is to support clients in building a strong foundation, allowing them to continue making positive changes even after therapy ends.
