I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have been helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct—I’m here to support you, but I won’t sugarcoat things. I work primarily with adults and couples who feel stuck; whether that means being overwhelmed by anxiety, drained from people-pleasing, navigating a major life change, or disconnected in their relationships. Many of my clients show up as high-functioning but exhausted, and are craving a space where they don’t have to keep it all together.
My communication style is warm, honest, and very direct. I care deeply about my clients, and I believe in telling the truth (even when it’s uncomfortable). You’ll always know where I stand, and I won’t tiptoe around the things that matter. I value transparency, emotional honesty, and being fully present with you in the work.
