I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience counseling individuals of all ages. Throughout my career as a social worker, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, nursing homes, residential addiction treatment centers, and crisis stabilization with children families; in public, private and voluntary sectors. I also worked abroad (UK) for 2 years where I gained meaningful experience working with a variety of cultures.
I am Bilingual (EnglishSpanish) and, as such, recognize the importance of being culturally aware. I believe that my relationships with clients can be healing and that effective interventions start with a genuine human connection.
