I am a healer with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling who focuses on present life trauma and wounded patterns, which form a roadmap to deeper life-to-life, soul-level lessons and themes. My clients are intuitive, sensitive helpers who struggle with anxiety, feel blocked, and share the same deeper themes: struggles with voice, empowerment, worth, safety, trust in self/others/life, being fully seen and heard in the world, and being allowed to honor their gifts and share their light. I utilize trauma training, shamanic/soul parts healing, past life work, mediumship, Reiki/chakra work, and other modalities to help heal soul trauma.
My sessions are 1.5 hours long, and include therapeutic/trauma work, past life healing, intuitive messages, Reiki/chakra healing, and an interactive psychic meditation for in-depth energetic and emotional healing. We will dive into your soul-level patterning, themes, and lessons, healing past and present life trauma so you can fully step into your light!
I have spent decades on my own healing journey, and it wasn’t until I included deeper energetic and spiritual modalities that I was able to more fully heal many of my old trauma responses and patterning. Gaining bigger perspective around life-to-life soul lessons and relational contracts has been very freeing, and I am passionate about sharing this with you!
