Our world can be pretty hectic, especially here in the Bay Area. We all experience stress from external and internal pressures and obstacles. Life can feel overwhelming which leads our body and mind to shut down and/or lash out in various ways. We feel stuck because we are drowning in intense emotions and stressful events and we don’t know how to get to the surface and catch a breath. As a result we miss out on the joys of life as we cannot fully experience happiness with the weight of everything we need to get done or everything we need to do to meet everyone’s (even our own) expectations.
I am here to help you weather the storm and come out of it a healthier, happier, more confident person in a balanced life where your wants and needs are fulfilled. I take on a teammate mentality where I encourage and support you as well as challenge and caringly push you to help you overcome obstacles and break through barriers to reach your goals.
