I have worked with parents and families for many years. I enjoy working with couples and families who are in transition of any kind. Building communication and understanding in the midst of changing relationships is both difficult and rewarding. Are you struggling with getting through a transition in your life? I can help couples who are together and separated or divorced parents learn new coping tools, explore parenting options, and help adjust to new roles in life. I focus on communication, relationship-building and developing insight and self understanding. Clients appreciate my clear communication and warm approach while we work together to find answers.
