We’re in an unusually stressful time, and that can feel especially overwhelming for children and teens trying to understand the world. They don’t have to face that alone. I offer a safe, compassionate space for young people—from preschoolers to young adults—to explore their feelings around adoption, foster care, medical trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. I also collaborate with parents to craft nurturing strategies that are tailored to their child’s needs.
I’m a therapist trained in adoption‑competent care, with specialties in adoption, foster care, medical trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. As a Registered Play Therapist and EMDR clinician, I help children and teens process experiences using play—their most natural language—paired with evidence‑based trauma healing through EMDR.
