Welcome! I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. As a bilingual clinician fluent in English and Spanish, I am dedicated to providing culturally responsive care. I specialize in trauma-informed care, integrating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) into my therapeutic approach. As an EMDR and SE student, I am dedicated to deepening my expertise in mind-body healing, helping clients process trauma, regulate their nervous system, and build resilience.
My holistic approach blends traditional psychotherapy with somatic awareness techniques, supporting deeper healing at both the emotional and physiological levels.
